Clinical and Sports psychologist
Toni Gaddie understands intimately what makes a champion and how to bring out champion talents in individuals and teams. She practices as a Clinical and Sports Psychologist where she assists sports stars and industry business leaders in becoming “whole champions”.
She co-founded the Champion Academy, which focuses on programmes for elite athletes, as well as business executives. She is currently working with leading South African sports teams to achieve champion status and delivers talks and programmes to business leaders to assist them in achieving excellence.
In 2011 and 2012 Toni attended the World Economic Forum conference in Davos, Switzerland, where she collaborated with world leaders in business, psychology and sports psychology, further honing her approach to working with champions.
At a young age Toni became one of South Africa’s top female tennis players and earned her place in the South African International Tennis squad. As a professional, her highest world ranking was 447 in singles and 280 in doubles. Her failure to achieve her dream of world no one, spurred her on to study the psyche of champions first in sport and then business.
