

Course 1: Mastering Stress

When you can master stress, you are well on your way toward peak performance and potential fulfilment in any aspect of life. “Whole champion” sports people have mastered pressure “wholistically”, which is the key reason why they can express their full potential even in the toughest circumstances. In excess of 20 years on studying the secrets of how champion athletes master pressure, The Champion Academy has formulated a practical, easy model that serves to master any difficult, pressurising work/life situation. The Mastering Stress course will provide you and your team with the following outcomes:
- Self-awareness and self acceptance
- Tools to shrink weakness and amplify strengths
- CAN-DO attitude for challenging or new task or projects

Course 2: Tuning into the Moment
Tools of “Whole Champion’s”
Today’s world is not only markedly stressful, but it is also much more overwhelming with the myriad of technological influences. Stress, information overload, and distractions steal away moments of productivity and fulfillment. “Whole champions” master the art of mindfulness in order to slip into the famous, ultimate “ZONE” state in which goals, medals, titles and even ecstasy is accomplished. It is the athlete’s ability to move into this state at will that serves their consistent champion status. Tuning into the moment course will provide you and your team with the following outcomes:
- Exciting, experiential goal setting journey
- Finding meaning and purpose in work/life
- Staying motivated
- Tools to bring you to the moment
- How mindful moments bring out optimum and fulfilling productivity
How the courses work
Each Module is unique and therefore can be done at different times. One does not have to complete modules in a specific order. Mastering Stress is recommended to be done if possible, at the beginning of the program. However this is not an absolute.
Our courses are conducted by experts in the fields of sport and performance psychology. Media presentations and task sheets will be handed out at each session. We encourage voluntary sharing during sessions. This is optional as the courses focus on introspection.
